Visa Assistance

Registered participants of Engineering Frontiers 2026, to be held in Dubai, UAE, may receive visa assistance for attending the conference. Upon successful registration and payment, the organizing committee will provide an official conference invitation letter to support the visa application process. Participants may use this letter while applying for a UAE visa through the appropriate channels.

Please note:
• Visa approval is subject to UAE immigration authorities.
• The organizing committee does not guarantee visa issuance.
• Participants are advised to apply well in advance of the conference dates.
• Visa fees and related expenses must be borne by the applicant.

Accommodation Assistance

A range of accommodation options will be available for conference participants, including budget, mid-range, and business hotels, located near the conference venue or easily accessible areas. Our authorized travel partner can assist participants in arranging accommodation with or without tour packages, based on individual preference and budget.

• Accommodation is not included in the conference registration fee.
• Hotel availability and tariffs are subject to confirmation.
• Early requests are recommended to secure preferred accommodation.
