Submission Guidelines
Submission Options
- Authors may choose one of the following submission categories based on their participation and publication interest,
Category 1: Full Paper Submission (Presentation & Publication)
- Authors who wish to present their work and apply for publication need to submit a full paper after abstract accetance and subsequent conference registration.
- Abstracts will be published in the 'Book of Abstracts'.
- Full papers will be considered for publication in conference proceedings, journals or edited books, based on paper quality, scope and the authors’ preference.
- The paper should contain original research work and should not be published or submitted elsewhere.
- All full papers will be reviewed for quality, originality, structure and formatting.
- Papers must follow the conference paper format.
- Authors may publish an improved and extended version of the paper later, as per journal rules.
Category 2: Abstract Submission (Oral Presentation Only)
- Full paper is not required for authors who wish to give a presentation without publication.
- Abstracts will be published in the 'Book of Abstracts'.
Conference Process Flow
- Online abstract submission as per the conference template. A submission receipt will be generated after successful submission.
- Abstract acceptance notification will be sent via email.
- Pay the conference registration fee through PayPal / Razorpay / QR Code.
- Submit the conference registration form.
- Full paper submission as per the conference template (only if applicable).
- Paper presentation during the conference days.
- Publication of the Book of Abstracts.
- Receive the conference presentation certificate.
- All full papers will be peer reviewed.
- Publication of accepted full papers.
