Engineering Frontiers 2026 is an international conference that brings together researchers, academicians, industry professionals and students to share recent research and innovations in engineering, technology and interdisciplinary areas.

Yes. Authors who wish to make an oral presentation without publication may submit only an abstract. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts.

Full paper submission is required only if the author wishes to apply for publication. Full papers will undergo peer review and may be published based on quality and scope.

English is the official language of the conference. All submissions and presentations must be in English.

Yes. At least one author must register for each accepted paper. Co-authors and accompanying persons are eligible for a 40% discount.

The registration fee includes access to all technical sessions, keynote talks, paper presentation opportunity, conference kit, lunch and coffee/tea on presentation day(s), participation certificate and publication processing support (if applicable).

Yes. All full papers submitted for publication will undergo peer review and editorial screening.

Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in indexed journals, subject to journal policies and review outcome. Indexing is not guaranteed.

Yes. Registered participants will receive an official invitation letter to support their UAE visa application. Visa approval is subject to immigration authorities.

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Assistance will be provided through the conference travel partner based on participant preference.

Yes. Participants may register as listeners to attend sessions, keynote talks, and networking activities.

The conference follows a partial refund policy based on the stage of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the schedule below:

• Cancellation before 60 days of the conference: 60% refund
• Cancellation before 50 days of the conference: 40% refund
• Cancellation before 40 days of the conference: 20% refund
• Cancellation before 30 days of the conference: No refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat. Processing charges, if any, may be deducted. Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway.

Yes. For on-site presentations and certificates, physical attendance at the conference venue in Dubai is mandatory. Authors who do not attend in person may not be considered for presentation-related benefits.

At least one registered author must be present to present the paper as per the scheduled session. Failure to present the paper may result in exclusion from conference proceedings and further publication consideration.
